Fees and costs

The registration fees for the Conference are divided into online and on-site :

On-site fees: 

the on-site fees cover the venue, lunch and coffee, the conference dinner, the social activity, management and support.

425 EUR (early bird, before 1st of March 2024)

525 EUR (regular, from the 1st of March 2024)

Online fees:

the online fees cover conventional streaming material in the venue, moderation of the questions, keynote presentation streaming, management and support.:

225 EUR (early bird, before 1st of March 2024)

265 EUR (regular, from the 1st of March 2024)

For both online and on-site choices, you can register to attend all the sessions (keynotes and presentations), even without submitting a contribution.
